Shipping & Handling

Our products are processed and shipped from the United States within 3-7 business days after order, either by us or our trusted partners. Most orders from the US are delivered up to 2 weeks after purchase. International orders may take longer to deliver depending on where you are located.

We are constantly trying to improve our customers experience and working on optimizing our processes and delivery times, but we are still just a small business and we don’t have the means or infrastructure to process, ship and deliver our products as fast as other large online retailers. We apologize in advance for any delays that may be caused by us or our partners.

If you are buying a gift that needs to arrive by a specific date, please order it as early as possible and at least 2-3 weeks before that date so that it can get there on time. This is especially important around big holidays when the volume of orders is higher than usual and can slow us down.

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return and refund policy which only applies to all physical products you purchased on BADS.CO. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange. All sales of digital and downloadable products as well as limited edition or collaboration physical products are final and are exempt from refunds. You can see see if a product is limited edition or collaboration in its product title or description.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and instructions on what to do with the product you received. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Please do not send the products back and wait for us to send you instructions via email.

 

Refund Abuse

Frequent returns and refunds or unusual patterns and activities will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bads@bads.co. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over any banks and financial institutions and how long they take to transfer the refund to you. We can only assist and provide you with a proof that the refund was issued on our end.

We take our refund policy seriously and we will do everything in our power to refund your money as long as you initiated the refund in time.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via our contact form or send us an email at bads@bads.co.

 

International Duties & Taxes

We can ship orders internationally, but we can’t offer you the ability to pre-pay your duties, import fees, taxes and other related local charges upfront. Depending on where the order is shipped to you may be required to pay these duties and taxes yourself upon receiving your order.

If you would like to return your international order, please note that we do not offer reimbursement of the customs duties or any other local taxes or fees upon return. You will have to contact the local agency the duties, taxes, fees or charges have been paid to for further assistance in receiving such reimbursement.
